In this episode of the Freedom Update, Christine outlines a case the Canadian Constitution Foundation is intervening in on January 12 and 13. The case has to do with the test for public interest standing. Christine explains what public interest standing is, and why it matters so much for organizations like the CCF. This is a case that goes to the core of the work we do at the CCF, and we are excited to be able to make argument about this issue at the SCC.
