The Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) has filed a petition with the Supreme Court of British Columbia challenging the constitutionality of the province’s proof of vaccination policy. Our urgent concern in this case is the BC government’s failure to create a workable and accessible regime for general medical exemptions. We have brought this challenge along with three individuals who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons.
