The Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) and Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) share similar acronyms, but they have no affiliation and have never had any affiliation.
The Canadian Constitution Foundation strongly condemns the decision of John Carpay, former President of the Justice Centre for Constitution Freedoms, to hire a private investigator to follow the Chief Justice of Manitoba’s Court of Queen’s Bench.
The CCF strongly condemns the JCCF’s tactics and sends its sympathies to Chief Justice Joyal, a tremendous jurist and scholar, for the unjustified attack on his privacy and judicial independence.
