The Canadian Constitution Foundation appeared as an intervener in Divisional Court Wednesday June 21 in the case Jordan Peterson v College of Psychologists of Ontario. The dispute is over professional penalties imposed on Dr Peterson by the College for public statements Dr Peterson had made on social media.
To help you stay in the loop, we are hosting a new CCF Town Hall meeting on Zoom next week. Please join Joanna, Christine, Russell and our lawyer on this case – George Avraam– as we discuss what happened at the June 21 hearing and our next steps.
