We wanted to give you a very quick reminder that we will be in court TOMORROW on February 4th arguing that the federal government illegally and unconstitutionally used the Emergencies Act.
We are fighting to preserve our previous victory at the Federal Court in this once-in-a-generation civil liberties case. Like so many other Canadians, I know this is a case you care about so I wanted to make sure you can watch us in court tomorrow.
