Zoom Town Hall with Special Guest Dr. Brian Day
Tuesday, July 14th, 12:00-1:00 EST
The coronavirus crisis has exposed long-existing gaps in Canada’s healthcare system, with hundreds of people being forced to delay procedures and Canada’s hospitals, already operating at capacity, being severely stressed. BC estimates it might take up to two years to catch up with the procedures and surgeries which were shelved due to Covid-19.
Join the Canadian Constitution Foundation’s Executive Director Joanna Baron and Litigation Director Christine van Geyn, along with special guest Dr. Brian Day of Cambie Surgery Centre, for an update on the CCF’s groundbreaking litigation challenging Canada’s ban on private health insurance and the road forward.
Questions about the case or any aspect of the CCF’s work can be directed to [email protected].
