The city is trying to tear out a private garden because they think it’s not “beautiful” enough

In Mississauga, the City is trying to destroy a garden on private property because they think it isn’t beautiful enough. This is the third time they are trying to destroy this property. The case is called Ruck v Mississauga and we at the CCF will be intervening at the Court of Appeal to argue for the right to freedom of expression.
